Today, I am joining Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop. It is my first time hopping with Amy’s Inkin’ Krew. If this is the first time you are visiting my blog, welcome!

The theme this month is Love, so I decided to use the Endless Love bundle to create a shaker card. All of the hearts were die cut with the simple heart from the Endless Love dies.

I started by making the shaker heart using the outline heart from the Endless Love stamp set with Versamark and silver Metalics Wow! Embossing Powder and stamped it on a window sheet. (I also stamped two more hearts on Flirty Flamingo card stock.) When heat embossing the window sheet, I made sure not to put the heat tool too close so it wouldn’t melt.

Next, I cut a heart out of Basic White card stock and added embellishments from the Loose Valentine’s Assortment. I arranged them so that they didn’t cover the edge of the heart.

Then, I put liquid glue around the edge of the entire heart.

I used tweezers to line up the window sheet on top of the heart.

To avoid getting everything sticky, I put wax paper on the surface and also covered the window sheet with wax paper before pressing down around the edges to seal the shaker heart. I placed my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (You can use anything that is heavy if you still need to die cut something! 😝) on top of it to seal the edges and let it dry for a while.

I die cut “LOVE” using the Mini Alphabet dies and Strawberry Slush card stock.

The inside sentiment was stamped with Strawberry Slush ink. I put the Stampin’ Pierce Mat under the card stock to get a clearer image.
