I hope everyone had a nice Memorial Day weekend. I don’t know how the weather was where you live, but in New Jersey it is was quite a wet weekend. Today, is still going to be cloudy but it looks like the rain has ended. 😁

Today’s card showcases the new 26-28 Stampin’ Up! In Colors and features a waterfall on the inside of the card. Since posting a Father’s Day card that had a waterfall, many have requested more information on how I created the waterfall. Below is a video with all of the information you will need to make your own waterfall!

The beginning of this video features the Father’s Day card I made for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop. This is a link to that post.

This card shows off the new In Colors that I absolutely love!

I stamped the small flower from Boutique Blossoms using all of the 26-28 In Colors and added sentiments using the Banner Sayings stamp set.

On a Basic Black card base I added a Bloom Boutique DSP mat. I used the third largest scallop circle from Scalloped Blooms dies with the light side of Peaceful Pine Two-Tone cardstock. I die cut Basic White with the largest circle from Stylish Shapes dies. I stamped the two largest outlined flowers and leaves with Tuxedo Black Memento ink. I stamped the solid stamps using Crisp Cantaloupe, Barely Blush and Peaceful Pine ink.

I used the Barely Blush Shimmer Brush to add shadowing to the flower on the card front and envelope..

I stamped and die cut the Thank You sentiment from the Scalloped Blooms stamp set. I used the rectangular banner from Scalloped Blooms dies to cut out thank you and to add a Basic Black layer under the sentiment.

I finished off the card by adding three Crisp Cantaloupe In Color Dots and adhering a piece of Bloom Boutique DSP to the back of the envelope.

There is still time…

There are still five more days to take advantage of getting a bonus when joining the Stampin’ Up! team. See below for details. I would love it if you would be a part of my team!
