Today, I am sharing a gatefold card that features Poetic Petals dies and Classic Greetings Hot Foil dies.

Today, I am sharing another card using the Poetic Petals Bundle and the Classic Greetings Hot Foil dies. I created a gate fold card and used a belly band to keep it closed and adhere the sentiment.

I started with a piece of 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ Pecan Pie cardstock and scored it @ 2 1/8″ & 6 3/8″. I used to of the Poetic Petal dies and added them to the two corners centering them on the opposite corners of the folds.

I took this picture before scoring the cardstock because I wanted to make sure it would fit, and it fit perfectly!

I used Cajun Craze and Daffodil Delight cardstock and ran the same dies through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.

To make the center dots, I covered Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels with Versa Mark and used Copper Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder and heat embossed them using the Heat Tool.

To make the center of the larger flowers, I used a die from the Radiant Sunflowers dies. I cut one out of Cajun Craze cardstock and one out of Daffodil Delight cardstock. I used a clear block and covered it with Versamark, stamped it on the center cut outs and used Copper Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder and heat embossed them using the Heat Tool.

I used a 10″ x 1 1/4″ strip of Mossy Meadow cardstock scored @ 2 1/2″ and 6 3/4″ to create a band for the sentiment. I used Copper Stampin’ Hot Foil on White Willow cardstock with the Classic Greeting Hot Foil dies to create the sentiment.

For the inside of the card I added a piece of Basic White cardstock, and stamped the sentiment from the Poetic Petals stamp set. I stamped a flower from Radiant Sunflowers and colored it with Cajun Craze and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends.

I added a strip of Delicate Designs Specialty DSP to the flap of the envelope.

And stamped and colored a flower on the front of the envelope.

A few notes about the new system:

• Hot Foil results are best with either White Willow or Two-Tone Cardstock.  Smoother card stocks like the Two-Tone Cardstock and White Willow will achieve the best results when using the system, but you can use the regular card stocks too.
• The Hot Foil System, foil rolls and new hot foil dies and bundles will be available Friday, July 10, 2026 in the online Stampin’ Up! store.
• A FREE Hot Foil Online Class from Stampin’ Up! is included with your hot foil system purchase (a $30 value!), do not add the class separately to your cart (you’ll be charged for it if you do!).  You’ll automatically get a link to it after you purchase the Stampin’ Hot Foil System.
• The Stampin’ Hot Foil system is $160. Dies & foil are sold separately.
